Body Conscious

Recently I've been feeling fat.

Again, this sounds stupid and you're probably rolling your eyes now.

Something is wrong with me. Been having really good appetite and my stomach growls for food too regularly :(

My current BMI is 19.5 and I know that's in the lower end of the normal weight range... but the problem is the weight is not distributed evenly if you know what I mean. I appear tall because my limbs are long and skinny, while most of the fat appears in the central abdomen / tummy area.
So imagine a tall, skinny person with a round, bulging tummy. SO NOT attractive.

Despite frequenting the gym for almost a year with mixtures of cardio (treadmill, cycling, Combat, dance) and strength exercises, I don't seem to be building up too much muscle at the skinny places haha. I definitely do see the slightly larger biceps and chest. But it's all overshadowed by the fact that my tummy doesn't want to be flat despite my vigorous cardio efforts to 'burn' it LOL.

I know we are all facing unrealistic social pressures of what the male physique should be like, and I know having a great body doesn't guarantee good health because so much of it is internal and has to do with lifestyle and environment. But damn I really want my tummy to flatten out!!! I don't even think I'm eating that much, so why is the fat so vividly present even though I gym 3 to 4 times a week?

OK this post is so vain and superficial.
Even my eyes are rolling at myself now :P

Online Shopping!!

OK I know I'm late at this, but I'm starting to discover the wonders of online shopping! Have not bought anything yet, but browsing through all the clothing sites is making me salivate, much like window shopping at the mall haha. To be honest, I find shopping at malls these days to be so boring because I can't seem to find things that I like. Or things that I like but are also not super expensive.

I stumbled upon this site called Zalora, I'm sure all you hip lizards out there have heard of it already.

There are also many small, independent blog shops on the Internet selling pretty decent stuff, but it feels shady because it's less heard of, whereas Zalora looks like a much bigger corporation. Zalora also offers free shipping and they deliver within the next business day.

Looking at different clothing and accessories is a good way to assess what's on trend now, or what you are still lacking in your wardrobe. The only disadvantage is you don't actually get to try these items on... so you should avoid getting things that require an exact fit like shoes if you're not sure about the sizing of that particular brand. Clothes like T-shirts are a little easier I guess.

Speaking of fashion did you know H&M is coming to Malaysia?!?! The first outlet will be at Lot 10, opening later this year. H&M is a massive retailer from Sweden, famous for bringing relatively simple, but high-end looking stuff at a much more commercial and competitive price.
The company has collaborated with celebrities like Madonna, Kylie & David Beckham to create their own mini collection, as well as designer labels like Stella McCartney, Lanvin, Versace and most recently Marni to create a much more affordable line for the masses.

The Amazing Tongue

Hehe the title is a little word play of The Amazing Spiderman, which I have yet to watch. But I love love love Emma Stone, she is such a cool chick, definitely not gonna miss this movie :)

Back to the topic. You know it doesn't matter how much experience you have, you never stop learning. Such is life. And last night my senses were brought to new heights thanks to this guy with just the most amazing tongue work.  PERIOD.

The tongue is such an amazing organ.
Soft and moist, agile and sensitizing.
But it needs a master who knows how to control it.
The most amazing sensation can be created, it even beats the favourite organ of man, the penis.
Yes, tongue beats penis.
The penis is just a hard rod that pokes and squirts semen, the tongue has so much more flexibility and potential. The penis is a sensitive organ for the top, but the tongue creates more pleasure for bottoms.

I think most of us are familiar with using tongue when kissing.
And for tops, using tongue to relax and moisten the hole during foreplay.

But last night I experienced something more that was surprisingly fantastic. This guy was just tongue-ing me at all the right places. KL Massage + Sauna

I've been a good boy for too long... been a while since I let myself loose due to exams and trying to go for the dating/relationship path. But that's not exactly working out for me.

The best way to get over a guy that pays no attention to you is just to pamper yourself like a king haha.

So far I've only been to Studio 89 and Mandi-Manda, there's plenty more in KL and Cheras. Being a PJ boy I've never really know my way in KL so I decided to head for the most direct one: Day Thermos, situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang, right behind Grand Millennium hotel, near Pavilion and Lot 10. I studied the map online before hand and got off the Bukit Bintang monorail station and reached Day Thermos in about 5 minutes.

I knew they offered massage service so I went for it. It's my first time getting a full body massage!! So exciting. This place looks posh and boasts lovely, arty deco, but it comes with a price. RM30 for entry and RM30 for a 1 hour massage. Definitely not something I plan to do often.  The crowd is quite international due to the location, so tourists and mix of local races :)

MASSAGE
Didn't get to pick the masseur, but I got a hot one anyway. Think he's Thai. At the reception I was asked to shower first, then meet the masseur at the bar. He brought me up to the 3rd floor where the private cabins and massage rooms were. Nothing fancy, basically a mattress on the ground. He laid a towel on it, I got naked and he started working on my back. The sequence was something like Shoulders-Back-Left Hand-Right Hand-Back-Butt-Thighs-Calves-Feet. Yeah he was squeezing and rubbing my butt and even a little bit of fondling of the hole hahaha. Then I had to turn around and lie on my back. That's when something got really hard and stood up like a pole. Couldn't control it, he didn't seem to mind so I just relaxed and let him continue his work. He was in a T-shirt and swimming trunks, thought of groping him when he placed my hand on his thighs, but decided not to in the end haha... coz I don't think it's that kind of massage. He didn't touch me there. But it was kinky, when he was rubbing my back he was actually sitting on me so I could feel his junk through those trunks. There was lots of massage lotion being used, it was real smooth and aromatic haha. The final part involved some stepping, pulling of my legs like yoga style haha, then I sat down and he started like punching my back. Some parts were quite painful I screamed a little LOL. Actually even now my shoulders hurt a little so I'm not sure if that's normal or not hahaha....

SAUNA

After the massage I felt so loose and ready for some meat action. Had to shower to wash off the lotion, then I wandered around the 2nd floor. Lovely rain shower but lots of peeping toms. The thing about going to a sauna for a first time is figuring out the layout of the darkroom and steam rooms, and also the etiquette of the place because each sauna is a little different, so I was gliding clumsily near to the wall, but that's part of the fun of trying a new place! And the advantage of being slim, Y&C is that you're like honey and bees come your way too easily. I had to dismiss a very persistent uncle several times who followed me around, but then a hot jock picked me up in the steam room... was attracted to his face mostly and smell coz he was wearing some cologne and it worked like a charm LOL *tip to Tops out there, wear cologne*. We went upstairs for some privacy and you can guess the rest ;)

Ultimately this has been a great day of adventure. Venturing to KL is like breaking new heights to me. And for those of you who like to judge, YES, I like sex. So sue me.

They're Not That Hot

It's a public page so anyone can view it, so it's not like I'm revealing some big secret.

Anyway I noticed some of these hotties at the gym I go to....
Even before I saw the pics I've consistently seen 2 of the guys on Mondays.

Then I saw another 3 today.

And guess what? They are NOT as hot as I thought they would be.
Haha I guess pictures and fb profiles can be deceiving... I mean for a pool party, when you see a bunch of guys posing shirtless together, they all tend to look hot, but when you break it down and REALLY look at them individually in real life, you will find that they are just regular people. I learned this from watching How I Met Your Mother when Barney illustrated the same example on a group of chicks at the bar hahaha. I mean, I'm not saying these guys are ugly, just that there's nothing special about them.

One of those guys was actually really short, which you wouldn't know from his fb profile. I looked like the Eiffel tower / supermodel on heels when I walked past him haha! And I'm not even that tall, just 171. Also the muscles you see in pics, somehow they look less impressive in real life.
Another thing that put me off was how vain they were. OK I know I'm vain too, but you should have seen the way they were looking at themselves shamelessly in the changing room mirror... and for so long LOL! I could have showered and got dressed in the time they spend in front of the mirror admiring their body and playing with their hair.

Unfortunately I also over heard some of their conversation in Cantonese, which I happen to understand by the way. Just talking about random, shallow stuff which made me feel so much better about myself. I know you cannot judge a person by the small talk they have with their mates in the gym, but man do I feel like I've got so much more going on in the brains department.

OK I know this post is sounding very hypercritical and bitchy. I apologize for it if I've offended any hunks out there. I know this is a generalization and not all of you are like that... just so happens that I ran into the stereotypical ones today.

My real point of posting this is to send out the message that you don't need to feel jealous or think less of yourself by comparing to the "hot" people you see, coz if you wanna be hot like them, you just need to work hard at the gym and maybe dress and groom yourself a little better. More importantly is your character and how you carry yourself, and how you treat others, because that's something that no amount of vanity can compensate for!! :)

Weak, but not for long

Let this awful moment be documented so that I will remember it.

I think I finally know why I'm such an advocate of the single life and being independent and man free. Or at least one of the reasons. It's because the feeling of liking someone can be really self depreciating and it changes the way you see yourself.

And I'm not even talking about full on love. Just something as simple as a crush. When you realize how awesome that someone is... you come to the realization of how horribly you fare in comparison. The word is 'lacking'. It makes you feel inadequate. For example not being muscular enough, not tall enough, not good looking enough, not having the best character or personality. It's almost like your flaws are being highlighted by a giant spot light.

And I'm normally not that self conscious. I'm actually confident with how I look and my personality.
I know it sounds stupid, and I do think it's stupid, but I can't help but feel that way. Whenever you see someone better than you, doesn't it make you feel somewhat inferior?

OK this is stupid. I'm happy with everything I have and I should be contented.

All this self doubt just because I have been checking out the fb profiles of the hot instructor and all the elite plu hotties in the country. They're all gorgeous and going to pool parties and stuff. It's amazing how much you can see on Facebook.

OK that's it. I'm done feeling bad. It's stupid. I know I'm hot haha. And I'm proud of my character, the way I was raised, my strengths when it comes to dealing with obstacles, how I stay focused.

I feel a strong connection to this song and video. It's about dealing with your personal journey and beating the darkness.

Super Embarrassing!!!

Hey bitches bloggers, Britney J-boy is back!
Exactly 1 month since my last update :)

I wonder if anyone misses my updates.. coz u know Tulsy is on his European holiday and I actually miss not having his regular updates to read haha.

Anyway something seriously embarrassing happened just now at the gym!!!! Had to share it with you guys lol.

Hahahahaha I wanted to go for Combat as usual. Reached the gym, put my stuff, headed to the studio. I noticed it wasn't the usual instructor on stage, so I looked at the time table and notice board which was pasted right next to the glass door of the studio.

Normally the door is kept open until the class starts, so with my eyes still on the notices on the left I kept walking... and suddenly there was a loud 'BANG!'. Hahahaha yup you guessed it, I walked straight into the glass door, and because I was holding my water bottle in front of me, so the sound was super loud when the bottle hit the glass........ everyone inside the studio turned to look at me, everyone outside at the lounge was looking at me. I was so embarrassed the only thing I could do was smile and laugh like an idiot. I remember Danny blogged about something similar some time ago.. now I know how it feels! :P

Another reason why I may have been distracted was coz the replacement instructor was fucking hot!!! OMG he totally fits Tuls' Young&Cute criteria, plus he had a yummy fit body. Boyish good looks made him look like the youngest instructor I have ever had a class with, possibly my age.

I had the luxury of standing right in front of the stage and every now and then he would look at me *melts*. He had such a cute personality, he was all fired up and tried to get the crowd to interact and make more noise, but the members from my club is normally not very responsive.. everyone diam-diam only so he was so kesian hahaha.. was like talking to himself, I just smiled at him like crazy when he looked at me.Wasn't sure if he was plu, but then later in the locker room, I managed to see him changing after his shower... and the multi coloured, skin tight underwear he was wearing totally gave me the answer. Gahhhh but he is so hot I bet he's attached already and wayyyyy out of my league.

And he said his name was Jacky and normally teaches at the Sunway Pyramid branch. Anyone of you know him?? I would love to stalk his facebook lol.

It's little things like this that make me smile... I mean the embarrassing crash, not the hot instructor. OK maybe thinking about him makes me smile too :P
