Good News! :)

I wanna thank you guys for your support here and on facebook! *muacks*
It gave me the courage I needed to speak to him.

Today is going in the history books as a memorable one hehe :)

He really was at the gym today! I saw him sitting at the lounge outside the studio, the moment he saw me walking in he came soon after. We took our usual spots, towels at the same place haha. 

Went to the locker room. Coz today's class was late, so by the time we finished they weren't many people. My thigh was cramping when we did the final stretching in class so I was sitting on the bench massaging my leg with a frown. He came in as expected, stripped to towel.. but instead of heading for the showers or sauna, he sat right next to me!!!! He normally doesn't do that... when still sweaty and all.

I was half expecting him to say something... but I think he's too cool to let his guard down. So it was like he was waiting for me to do something. There was a short moment of silence but then I remembered the promise I made to myself.. so I think I said something like "Hey, so do you go to combat class often?" So lame I know!

Things just kicked off from there. We talked about combat, the instructor we liked best, when he joined the gym, gym fees, other classes. He was actually really friendly once we started talking, initiating questions and stuff. We talked about where we lived, where his hometown is, where we both study, what field we are in. It was a superb ice breaking session!! I know he's from Ipoh and he came here to study about 4 years ago, and he lives quite near my house!!

And then came the extremely funny part. He asked for my name, so I told him my Chinese name.. and he was smiling and giving me a weird look so I instantly said "Oh my god, is your name XXX XXX too?" And then he said yes, and he even wanted to show me his IC to prove it hahahahaha! I showed him my IC instead and we were both laughing coz it was so weird to have the same name!!!!!!!! Thank god the spelling was a bit different. So he gave me his English name instead. It starts with a 'J' like J-boy haha! Me likey :P

He was really warm and friendly, but I get this mini vibe that he might not be PLU. Not really sure. And his voice is quite deep, and unfortunately he is more of the Chinese speaking type, so the English doesn't sound as nice if you know what I mean... I actually dig guys who speak English well coz I'm like that... anyway doesn't matter, his friendliness and hot looks totally makes up for it hehehe! :P 

I don't know what the future holds.
Whatever the case, at least I now have a new friend and combat buddy :)
